Description
The Together service has been funded by Humber and N.Yorkshire Integrated Care Board to support local people and communities who have been bereaved and/ or impacted by suicide across Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire.
Delivered locally by Hull and East Yorkshire Mind and North East Lincolnshire Mind. It offers free emotional and practical support to individuals of any age who have lost someone to suicide.
Support can include:
- talking with an experienced bereavement worker
- support creating memory boxes
- funeral planning
- attending inquests
- help with financial matters
