Suffolk and North East Essex Mind Our Bereaved by Suicide Support Service is here for anyone in North East Essex and Suffolk who has been affected by suicide. That includes family members, friends, colleagues, or anyone else impacted by the loss.

We support both adults and young people. If a referral is made for a child or young person, we’ll carry out an assessment to make sure we can offer the right kind of support for their needs. This service is free and confidential.
