Amparo South Yorkshire is a free and confidential service commissioned by Local Authority, Public Health and NHS services in Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield.

‘A Cup of Calm’

A Cup of Calm is a monthly welcoming peer support group for anyone who has been bereaved by suicide. It offers a gentle, informal space to meet and connect with others who understand the unique complexities of suicide loss without fear of judgement or stigma.

These gatherings provide an opportunity to share refreshments and conversation in a safe, compassionate environment.

Whether your loss is recent or from years past, A Cup of Calm is a place to find comfort, community, and understanding.
